CURRENCY, AUTOMOBILE AND WEAPON RETURNED – Drug Asset and Forfeiture Action Dismissed
Robert J. Callahan and Associates won again today when our Motion to Dismiss was granted in a Civil Drug Asset Forfeiture case. Last June, K.S. had his car and $9000.00 in cash seized by the Kankakee Police Department. The seizure was pursuant to his arrest for possession of a controlled substance and a handgun.
