FINDING OF NO PROBABLE CAUSE AT PRELIMINARY HEARING – CASE DISMISSED
BD was pulled over on the south side in April for a traffic violation. BD and his passengers were ordered out of the car.
All were detained while a search was conducted. Inside the car, several packets of crack cocaine were recovered.
Cross-examination revealed that the car was registered to another individual and that BD was never observed handling the recovered narcotics. – FINDING OF NO PROBABLE CAUSE
