Due to the expedient nature of the practice of law we will begin working on your case immediately. THIS IS A FLAT FEE AGREEMENT so no hourly rate is being charged. You will not receive itemized billing statements. However, in the event of a refund request, Robert J. Callahan will determine what portion of the fee has been reasonably earned and provide any refund due. Therefore, you will lose some or all of the funds you have provided.

If you wish to cancel representation, please notify us immediately. Said cancellation must be provided in writing. We will attempt to stop working on your case upon notice of cancellation. You will then be provided with any refund due.
